In the past few years, there have been so many racial and disrespectful posts and tweets by the former United States president Donald trump throughout popular social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
The recent actions of Trump were an indirect influence on the capitol riot deaths, sadly 5 civilians lost their lives to this unfortunate event. Also, Trump has encouraged his supporters after the capitol riots tweeting and mentioning for his supporters by misusing Twitter and Facebook to promote radical issues and thanking his supporters saying “you are very special”, “we love you” encouraging these radicals and disturbing the peace in the country.
These actions got Donald trump banned from social media throughout Twitter and Facebook. Twitter being the most popular social media platform for political views since the majority of the users mostly tweet about politics. In the last few months, we haven’t heard much of Trump’s racial or idiocrasy ideas.
Recently in a FOX News interview, Trump’s longtime advisor Jason Miller said that Trump is going to come back to social media in an innovative way within two or three months with his platform. There have been numerous companies willing to create Trump’s new platform, he further didn’t go into detail. Firmly mentioning they will be bringing millions and millions of supporters to this new platform.
Furthermore, Trump has also criticized the supreme court’s justice should be “ashamed of themselves” for refusing to overturn the 2020 election. Trump also allegedly called out on the current president Joe Biden that he is hiding in the basement intaking performance-enhancing drugs.
These activities could be a signal that trump might even encourage his supporters to commit acts of violence and disrupt the peace in the country which might be a part of his new social media strategy.
